Hi, I’m Amber C. Edwards, and I know what it’s like to crave change, but feel overwhelmed by the how.
When I left Texas for a short-term opportunity in Qatar, I didn’t expect it to reshape everything. But living abroad - first in the Middle East, then in Antigua, and now in México City - taught me what was possible when I stopped waiting for permission to want more.
That’s why I created Overseas With Ease. Not as an escape plan, but as a pathway. One built from lived experience, cultural understanding, and the belief that freedom is your birthright.
